Supreme Court overturned a Court of Appeal decision which held that an employment contract had been wrongfully terminated. Supreme Court of Sierra Leone, 13 July 1980
The employment contract in this case provided that either party could terminate the agreement at any time and without any cause, with not less than one month prior notice in writing.
